Maggi Masala Recipe

Ingredients of  Masala Maggi Noodles.

  • one slide Maggi

  • 1 teaspoon butter

  • 1/4 cup peas

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 green chili

  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder

  • 12 gm Maggi masala

  • 1/4 teaspoon powdered black pepper

  • 1/2 onion

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste

  • 1/4 teaspoon powdered turmeric

  • 1/2 capsicum (green pepper)

  • 1/4 tablespoon red chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala powder

  • salt as required

  • 2 1/2 cup water

How to make Vegetable Masala Maggi Noodles

Step 1 Boil water & chop the veggies-

hearing the name of 2 minutes Maggi’s mouth starts watering on, so to prepare this wonderful recipe,

Keep a deep-bottomed pan on medium heat and put water in it and keep it boiling.

Finely chop onion, capsicum, tomato, and green chili with the help of a chopping board, and as soon as on the gas.

When the water starts boiling, add Maggi Masala Noodles and Peas to it. till the noodles and peas are completely soft Till then let them cook.

Step 2 Cook Maggi and saute veggies in a separate pan-

As soon as you put the noodles and peas on the pan for boiling, put butter in another pan and let it melt. And then add chopped onion and keep frying till its color changes.

Now add garlic paste, chopped capsicum, tomato, and green chili, and fry for a few minutes till the tomatoes become soft.

Step 3 Add spices-

As soon as you have completed step 2, add red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, black pepper, and salt (according to taste) to the roasted vegetables and fry for a minute.

  Now add boiled Maggi noodles and peas to this masala, mix well and cook for 1-2 more minutes until the color of the noodles turns yellow.

Step 4 Garnish and enjoy-

After the three-step process is completed, transfer the noodles to a serving bowl and sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala to make the noodles more delicious.
