INGREDIENTS:
BOILING:
2 cups Penne Pasta (200 gms)
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp oil

VEGETABLES:
2 tsp olive/butter
1/2 onion chopped
1 small carrot
1/2 capsicum chopped
handful of corns
Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder

SAUCE:
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp maida
2 cups milk
Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp red chilly flakes
1/2 tsp mixed herb seasoning
4-5 tbsp grated cheese (I used Amul)

How to make White Sause Pasta

Step 1 –
First of all, we will take 4-5 cups of water, now we will put that water on the gas to boil.
Now put 1/2 tsp oil in that water and add 1 tsp salt. Keep in mind that when you are boiling the pasta, keep adding salt along with it so that the salt mixes properly in the pasta because the pasta is completely different in taste.
They fade, so it is very important to have salt. Then mix both the oil and salt until it starts boiling, as soon as it starts boiling, you put the pasta in it.

Step 2 –

After step 1 is done, we will filter the pasta with water and then wash it under cold water. Then we will keep the pasta to dry for 2-3 minutes so that the water dries up completely and if you want then add one teaspoon.

Then put 2 teaspoons of oil or butter in a pan and keep it for heating, as soon as the oil or butter becomes hot, you will put finely chopped garlic in it and fry it for 30-40 seconds as soon as the garlic is done.
It will be cooked like that then we will put half-chapped onion in it and cook it for 2-3 minutes till its color becomes light brown and we will add all the veggies.

Step 3 –
Chopped carrot, half-diced capsicum, and a handful of corn in the pan (corns you can take more if you like corn)
You can put all the veggies in the pasta which you like and you can ignore those which you do not like.
Cook all the vegetables and add a little salt (according to taste), half a teaspoon of black pepper powder, and mix both. Then turn off the gas and keep the pan aside.

Step 4 –
Take 4 tablespoons of butter in a pan and keep the pan on medium flame only. And as soon as the butter is completely melted, we will add 4 tablespoons of flour in it and cook it on medium flame and keep stirring it with the help of flip so that it does not burn from below.
The flour has to be cooked for 3-4 minutes until its rawness is removed and its color becomes light golden brown (it should be kept in mind that whenever you make white sauce pasta, the ratio of water and flour should remain the same.)
As soon as your flour is cooked completely, then slowly add milk (2 cups) to it and mix both, you will see that the mixture of both is getting thick gradually. In that add a little salt, half a teaspoon black pepper powder, half a teaspoon chili flux, half a teaspoon mixed herbs seasoning, and mix all these things.
